This is a 12 week lower body training program that will yield a deadlift PR! This was built off of my 11 years of coaching experience!
This is a 12 week lower body training program based on the principles I've utilized in my 11 years of coaching experience. I feel confident that you will achieve a new deadlift PR if you adhere to the program to a tee!
There is the option of training two or three days per week with this program based on what works best for your schedule. There are two main training days with an optional third speed day.
I have provided an exercise database with video examples of the exercises in the program, as well as supplement, diet, and cardio suggestions while on the program. The program is based off of both percentages of your one rep max as well as the Rating of Perceived Exertion Method for accessory movements.
