About
I am a 32 year old Man of God, husband, father, powerlifter,
runner, coach, and football enthusiast! I have coached hundreds of lifters both online and in-person since 2013.
My best lifts as a powerlifter were a 772 lb Squat (350 kg) in knee
sleeves and a belt, a 485 lb Bench (220 kg), and a 920 lb (418 kg)
deadlift. I totaled 2100 lbs in the 242 lb class in just knee sleeves
and a belt.
My favorite place in the world to be is Wyoming! Most of my free
time is spent hanging out with my wife and daughter when I’m not training someone, lifting, or running!
My wife and I own a gym that we opened in January 2020 called
Koa Strength and Fitness. It is a 3,600 square foot facility in Oak
Ridge, TN!
